What are you currently studying in university?

Bachelor of Economics

What were your school achievements?

My achievements included leadership and engagement. I helped to organise events for my school and took on projects to organise and donate to charities (such as the Blue Dragon Foundation). I was also the co-coach of a badminton team.

How do you plan to teach effectively?

As economics explores theories, I try to relate these theories to the students’ everyday lives. By connecting these theories to the activities that they are more familiar with, the concepts are understood better. I also have experience with remote learning and will provide multiple resources to keep the students engaged and interested. As a tertiary economics student myself, I am able to make economics more tangible for students.

What’s one fun fact about you?

I am a sponge for odd facts. In fact, I used to be part of a trivia club in highschool.
