What’s your name?

I am Harpreet Singh and I am a SST and Mathematics teacher.

What’s your teaching experience?

I have been teaching students of the different curriculum since 2013. I have catered to the students across the different curriculum such as ICSE, CBSE, Punjab STATE BOARD And IB. On the whole, I have 8+ years of teaching experience. I have also taught IELTS reading at an IELTS Centre.

What qualifications do you have? (Bachelor’s in education, CELTA, TESOL, etc)

Bachelor Of Education from GURU Nanak Dev University.

How do you teach that helps students learn efficiently?

I believe that teacher is someone, who is approachable and raise the curiosity level of the students. Additionally, bringing students to some real-life applications along with positive reinforcement are other key aspects that can transform the learning environment. The different ways to solve a particular problem by getting down to the basic concept is something that has always been productive for teaching kids.

Why do you enjoy teaching?

I enjoy teaching because I feel immense satisfaction when my students demonstrate efficient performances in their evaluation work. I try to always come down to the level of students in order to get a slight grip of his difficulties and would try to make sure that he participates actively in this learning process to have confidence for the successive stages. I have no qualms to give them extra attention that they want to come at par with bright students.

What’s one fun fact about you?

I try to make my class as enjoyable as possible. I am looking forward to initiate a new habit of book reading.
